Casa Elso started in Los Angeles and is now also based in Mexico City.   Sofía Lezama works with silver and precious metals, using traditional techniques that date back to 4500–3500 BC. Honoring this practice, each piece is handmade, with a consistent yet conscious and limited production, often resulting in one-of-a-kind pieces.   â€‹

These pieces are an extraction of that feeling into something tangible. It seeks irregularity and a sense of unease.  It speaks the meaning of life, but above all of death; of light, but mainly of darkness. Of flowers with rigid, unadapted textures, curved lines, and colors that once existed. Now, those flowers have become metal.
